Custom Photo Magnets:
As our magnets are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept refunds. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please don’t hesitate to contact us at eternacrest@gmail.com. Our team will respond to you by the next working day and work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement if necessary.

Machine Making Kits:
All sales are final, and we do not offer returns for these kits. However, we provide a 60-day warranty to ensure your equipment functions as expected. If your warranty claim is approved, we will accept the return and provide a replacement machine.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at eternacrest@gmail.com. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval through a warranty claim will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
